- This Saturday several of you have signed up for the First Aid MB and CPR course. Pls. prepare accordingly.
- After tonight's meeting, there is a Lifesaving MB meeting with Mr. V. (Bring Mr. V. up.)
- Troop Cup points for physical fitness are nearly all improvement-based. Last week's points were Colby, Jordan, and Alberto, for one each, Rob, one for setting a new long-jump record, and Aidan, for three points, most improvement in all three categories.
- This week we start a new category: Flexibility.
- After tonight's meeting, the Four Winds will also review the script. That said, we want to have a brief bulletin about the Blue & Gold. (Bring Mr. V. up.)

- Plan Feb. 7 Troop meeting. See attachments to the SPL packet. Remember, if planning a demonstration, make sure someone has committed to doing it and list his name and all necessary equipment.
