indoor meetings
- Class A uniform
- Arrive at 6:00 PM
- Review Meeting Program with PLC and distribute packets to PLC and ASMs
- Set up awards (distribute one per uniformed ASM)
- Ask which parents can stay for Boards Of Review (if any)
- Prep equipment (ropes for knots, bandages for first aid, etc.)
- Work with SPL, helping him keep track of the time.
- Deliver a SM Minute.
- Make sure the PLC meets and completes their assigned tasks. Have an ASM supervise that.
- Lock up Bldg.
