Scout checklist
- backpack
- tarp (8x6 is good)
- day pack or fanny pack
- sleeping bag
- air mattress or pad
- rain poncho

- Troop T-shirt
- full uniform (for our troop this is Class A shirt, neckerchief, cap or hat, and belt)
- hiking pants
- long pants
- T-shirts
- long-sleeve shirt
- underwear and socks (lots)
- pajamas or sleeping clothes (keeps the sleeping bag clean)
- hiking boots
- camp shoes (no open toes)
- bathing suit (placed on top of pack for easy access upon arrival at Camp for swim check)
- large towel (placed on top of pack for easy access upon arrival at Camp for swim check)
- laundry bag (for dirty clothes)
- soap, wash cloth, hand towel
- toothbrush, toothpaste
- comb
- chapstick
- sunscreen
- Scout handbook
- merit-badge supplies
- pens, pencils, notepad
- flashlight with spare batteries
- pocketknife (no sheath knives)
- personal first-aid kit
- canteen or water bottle
- money for Trading Post ($30-$40)
