indoor meetings

  • Class A uniform
  • Arrive at 6:00 PM
  • Review Meeting Program with PLC and distribute packets to PLC and ASMs
  • Set up awards (distribute one per uniformed ASM)
  • Ask which parents can stay for Boards Of Review (if any)
  • Prep equipment (ropes for knots, bandages for first aid, etc.)
  • Work with SPL, helping him keep track of the time.
  • Deliver a SM Minute.
  • Lock up Bldg.
