1. Download and save the Project Workbook

This is fillable; type in information and save as you go.

2. Meet with the Project beneficiary and take notes. Bring the printed Workbook (pdf pages 1-12) to this meeting. The beneficiary needs to read Page 5. The Scout needs to have read the entire Workbook.

3. Write up completely all the information in the Proposal and meet again with the beneficiary; have him review and sign it. Explain that approval needs to be received from the Council before starting.

4. Have the Scoutmaster and either the Committee Chairman or Advancement Chairman sign it.

5. Call the Council Rep to schedule a meeting. He needs to sign this before the Project can start.
