Server Maintenance
The gilroyscouting.org website will be going down for scheduled maintenance on Monday, November 24th. Starting Sunday evening, the wiki and calendar will be changed to a read-only mode, to prevent people from making updates that will be lost during the maintenance. On Monday, you most likely won't even be able to see the server for part of the day. gilroyscouting.org should be working properly by Tuesday morning, November 25th.

Geocaching
These are geocaches for Scouts and Scouters. When you find one, please sign the Log with your name, council, and unit number. There are several Scout items (mainly patches) in the caches. If you take an item from a Cache, please leave a Scout item in its place. You will need both a GPS and a compass to find these. To view the location of our caches [click here].

Web Site Designers Wanted
You may have noticed that the background of the web site looks a lot like the Wikipedia. That's because it's using the same web engine. However, it doesn't have to stay looking like Wikipedia - we can customize the "Skin" however we want. If you have any experience with HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), or developing logos or pictures using Photo Shop or Gimp, and would like to contribute, contact Glen Dinsmore.
Web Site Sponsor
A huge thank you goes out to Straight Line Caulking & Waterproofing! Straight Line provided the funding required to get the pack 794 and troop 792 web sites up and running.
